TRAIN THE TRAINER
The Builders Foundation is also setup to fund a “Train the Trainer” program with Metro Community College. This course would bring in 10 to 12 teachers over the summer for two years to expand the level of knowledge and expertise in the building trades professions of our area high school teachers; to focus on new technology and techniques in framing, weatherization of homes, installing windows and doors to new building codes, roofing and masonry, etc
