Builders of the Future
The purpose of the Builders of the Future program is to locate, encourage, and educate the next generation of construction trade specialists. To facilitate this, The Builder Foundation will work with area high schools and other organizations teaching construction skills to build projects, such as play houses, to provide a “hands-on” building experience. The program is designed to include mentoring, funding for education, and employment opportunities in the residential and light commercial construction community.
